Drivers must participate in 75% of AXM weekend race events to qualify for Yearend awards unless AXM says different.
This DOES NOT effect Weekend awards /payout
Weekly Pay Back for Hill X & Hilldrags:
A) All pay back classes will be based on formula we have used in past.
Which is 10 or less entries 50%, 30%, 20% of total purse per class
11 or more it is 45%, 25%, 15%, 10%, 5% of total purse per class
B) Payback classes are as follows:
Hill X & Hilldrag Pro classes (75%)
Hill X & Hilldrag Semi Pro, and Age Classes (age classes are in Hill X only) (50%)
C) AXM will pay out normal entry fees and promoter added purse if there is any, on a per race basis for all payback classes. Remember added purse is NOT put all into one class! It will be split up according to entry numbers per class at that event. Added purse will be advertised on the front page of our website for what events may have added purse.
D) Once again SnowGoer will be doing the "Holeshot of the Week" for the winner in the Pro 800 final in both Hill X & Hilldrags, this year they are paying $75 to that driver at the AXM events.
E) King of the Hill - Will be ran ONCE per weekend, if it happens to be a double weekend (which AXM doesn't want either) it will still only be ran once and paid out as a normal one time payout. There are no entry fees for this special class it is paid to you in appreciation from AXM for showing up and racing that weekend. King of the Hill also will only run a King of the Hill race for each division if there are 3 or more classes repersented in that contest.
F) Race Weekend Awards Below are the following awards are being offered this up coming season for Hill X & Hilldrags each race weekend. The person (s) that win these awards each weekend MUST use them the next race weekend, and must enter at least one class besides the two that they get the free entries in:
oTop over all Pro each weekend (best two classes) for Hill X gets 2 free entry fees the next race weekend - $200 VALUE.
oTop over all Semi Pro combined with Age Classes (best two classes) for Hill X gets 2 free entry fees the next race weekend - $120 VALUE.
oTop over all Sport/Jr/Beginner (best two classes) for Hill X gets 2 free entry fees the next race weekend - $70 VALUE
oTop over all Pro each weekend (best two classes) for Hilldrags gets 2 free entry fees the next race weekend - $120 VALUE
oTop over all Semi Pro combined with Age Classes (best two classes) for Hilldrags gets 2 free entry fees the next race weekend - $80 VALUE
oTop over all Sport/Jr (best two classes) for Hilldrags gets 2 free entry fees the next race weekend - $40 VALUE
Yearend awards for Hill X & Hilldrags
A) Top overall Pro based on adding best 2 classes together will receive 4 weeks of a 30 second commercial on the WSA/AXM Race show for the next season. This is a great thing to push towards NEW sponsors for yourself. A $50,000 value, along with this you will also receive free AXM membership for the following season, along with 2 FREE entry fees at each race next season
B) Top Semi Pro based on adding two classes together will receive a free AXM membership for the next season, along with 2 FREE entry fees at each race next season. If you move up to a different division you will receive a credit of what the value of 2 semi pro entry fees are towards your entry fees for the weekend.
